With over two decades of leadership experience across real estate, hospitality and technology, Prashanth Rayapudi has built and scaled organizations grounded in efficiency, innovation, and people. As the President of a prominent real estate investment and property management company in New York City, he led the firm’s growth to own and manage over 400 buildings and $4 billion in assets, creating one of the most operationally advanced platforms in the market.
